The Crossing Novel by Cormac McCarthy

The Crossing is the seventh novel by American author Cormac McCarthy, published in 1994. It serves as the second installment of his acclaimed Border Trilogy. Unlike many sequels, it does not share characters with the first book, All the Pretty Horses, but both stories follow young protagonists on transformative, often violent journeys across the U.S.-Mexico border.
