3. Replacement Policy
Once we verify your claim, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if:

Replacement delivery will be processed as quickly as possible.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should inspect the package upon receiving it whenever possible. If there is an issue after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and supporting photos.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.
