We provide delivery services for customers in Dhaka as well as customers outside Dhaka through our delivery and courier partners.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service coverage.
2. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges are:
• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳110
Delivery charges may vary for certain special offers, campaigns, large orders, or specific delivery locations.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown or communicated during the ordering process.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
We generally aim to deliver orders within approximately 2–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
